    Child/Adolescent Therapy

We use a mix of play, art, music, and sand tray activities to help kids and teens express their feelings, work through challenges, and build healthy coping skills. Sometimes, we will even take the session outside, (with parent permission), to allow for a connection with nature and make it less formal. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where children/teens can heal, grow, and discover their strengths in ways that feel natural and comfortable to them.
